Delft, Paris, france, June 8, 2017 The group is Exact today announced the conclusion of an agreement for the acquisition of the French company Sharp Finance. Founded in 1989, Dièse Finance is a provider of software for tax management for companies of all sizes and accountants.
Dièse Finance is used by nearly 10,000 companies, from small businesses to large groups. Its cloud-based platform “Webtaxes” allows you to manage the complete processing of the tax streams within the company, reporting to their deposit on the site of the tax administration via the protocols of transmission (VAT, corporate Tax, etc.).
This approximation is the result of the existing partnership between Sharp Finance and Exact which already enables entrepreneurs and accountants to automate their processes of tele-declaration of VAT, directly from the management software, cloud Exact. The objective of this acquisition is to strengthen the joint position of Sharp Finance and the Exact location on the French market.
