Systemair ABs main owner Färna Invest AB, controlled by Gerald Engström, chairman of the board of Systemair, posed during 2014 520 000 call options for Systemair shares to senior executives at Systemair.
Password has now been requested in respect of all the 520 000 warrants. Färna Invest AB has in connection therewith offered to provide the cashless exercise and kontantlösen of call options. In order to finance the partial cashless exercise and kontantlösen of options that program participants have requested, Färna Invest AB has sold the 390 750 Systemair shares to certain institutional investors.
Any dilution or charge does not arise for Systemair in reason of the exercise of the warrants.
