The EU authorises under conditions the sale of BASF activities from Bayer related to the merger with Monsanto

The european Commission approved Monday the takeover of some parts of the activities of Bayer Crop Science by the German BASF, with a value of more than € 6 billion and ceded to the result of the merger with Monsanto.

The German group of the pharmacy and agrochemicals Bayer had committed to selling a broad range of activities in the field of seeds, pesticides and agriculture to digital, opening the door in march to the green light from the EU for the redemption of the american Monsanto.
