Systemair acquires south african manufacturer of air handling units with integrated cooling

Systemair AB (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm: SYSR) has acquired the south african company Viking Air Conditioning, a leading manufacturer of air handling units with integrated cooling.

Viking is located in Spartan, Johannesburg, south Africa. The company manufactures and sells customized air handling units with integrated cooling for commercial use for approximately 40 million SEK in south Africa and neighbouring countries. Viking has more than 25 years, sold a market-driven air handling units are of high quality and without integrated cooling. The products can be found in the market supermarknadskedjorna within the region. The company has 45 employees in rented premises of 3000 m2.
