It was indeed possible to invest in the project Artyster Toulon from 5 000. 55 individuals took part in the adventure and become the “pioneers” of this new concept, whose goal has been to renew the hotel experience, while responding to the changing consumption patterns of travellers in the 21st century.
The average investor is 9 000, and some of them have invested since their PEA to benefit from a reduced taxation.
The estimated duration of the investment is 7 years with a projected profitability average of 9% annually for investors.

The youngest investor is a student of 22 years at the Sorbonne and the oldest at the age of 73, he is retired and produces an excellent rosé in the region of Toulon.
All are individuals ; students, young executives, traders Toulonnais, fathers and mothers of families, entrepreneurs, artisans, retirees…
