Stillfronts the CEO and the CFO buying options
Stillfronts CEO Jörgen Larsson has acquired 60 000 warrants, and the CFO, Sten Wranne has acquired the 40 000 warrants. Jörgen Larsson completed the acquisition through one of him’s wholly owned companies.
An extraordinary general meeting on 18 april 2017 decided on a directed issue of a maximum of 299 189 warrants, each entitling to subscription of one share in the Stillfront Group. The warrants are issued in order to provide incentives for the group’s present and future key employees. 60 000 warrants would be offered to Jörgen Larsson and 40 000 stock options would be offered Sten Wranne. The remaining warrants shall be offered to present and future key employees.
Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one share at a price of 152,74 $ per share. The subscription period is 15 may 2020 1 June 2020.
