Stillfronts CFO buys shares from partly-owned companies
Stillfront Group’s CFO, Sten Wranne, is 25% owner at Deseven International AB Deseven International owns, through a subsidiary, 243.117 shares in the Stillfront Group. Sten Wranne, via one of him, wholly owned subsidiary, acquired 25% of these shares, i.e. 60.780 shares. After the acquisition the Sten Wranne, via wholly owned companies, and the endowment insurance, 87.243 shares in the Stillfront Group, i.e. the exposure is unchanged.
