Stillfront Group approved for listing on Nasdaq First North Premier
Nasdaq has approved the Stillfront Group’s application for listing on Nasdaq First North Premier. Compared with the list that the Stillfront Group is listed on the today, are the requirements to be listed on Nasdaq First North Premier higher and largely complies with the rules and regulations applicable on the regulated market of Nasdaq Stockholm.
With the publication of the annual report for 2016 apply Stillfront Group the international accounting standard IFRS. Stillfront Group has applied since 16 June 2017 the Swedish code of corporate governance, also known as the Code. A to change its listing to the Nasdaq First North Premier is a seal of approval that allows for more institutional investors to invest in the Stillfront and is a natural step on the way to the Nasdaq Stockholm.
The Nasdaq First North Premier is a list of companies that committed to comply with stricter regulations concerning information disclosure, accounting standards and corporate governance. In the annual report for 2016, which was published in april, has Stillfront Group migrated to IFRS and applied continued IFRS. IFRS is the international standard for reporting and a requirement for listing on Nasdaq First North Premier and the Nasdaq Stockholm. Stillfront Group has also chosen to follow the Swedish code of corporate governance, which is optional but recommended for the Nasdaq First North Premier and a condition for being listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Stillfront Group has been listed on Nasdaq First North since december 2015. The first day of trading on Nasdaq First North Premier will be on June 29, 2017.
