SPIE wins contract with UniHA* and reinforces its expertise in the health sector

Malakoff, on the 16th of may 2017 – SPIE ICS, a subsidiary of digital services group SPIE, announces the renewal of its collaboration with UniHA, first buyer, a French public for the account of, 67 public hospitals in the territory. Thanks to the support of SPIE ICS, the health facilities to accelerate their transformation to digital by facilitating the work of the hospital staff and optimizing patient.

SPIE ICS has been selected by UniHA as attribute of the batch ” Helpdesk, outreach, Maintenance, and IMAC** “. The approach of SPIE ICS is to refocus all of the services around the patient and personal health, through an approach focused on the user experience. The staff of the Hospital Centres and University Hospital Centres (CH/CHU) will receive a support of up to business applications.

SPIE ICS will also advise staff in the identification of good practices which can then be shared between the different CH and CHU. A real community of knowledge will thus be able to provide.

Obtaining this public tender is a recognition of mastery, by the teams from SPIE ICS, issues and constraints inherent in the hospital sector (continuous service, compliance of strict procedures, etc.).

In addition, hospitals will also be able to expand the scope of central services to the Technical Management of the Building (GTB), thus contributing to the efficiency and performance of their institutions.
