Solidium increased its share of votes in Stora Enso

Solidium has acquired 5 659 099 Stora Enso A-shares and sold 5 690 961 Stora Enso R-shares. After the transactions are Solidiums of the voting rights in Stora Enso 27.3% (25,1 %) and the proportion of the shares to 12.3 percent (12.3 %).

“Stora Enso A-shares are rarely in larger quantities at our disposal and we wanted to exploit the opportunity. We abstained from the corresponding amount of R-shares,” says Antti Mäkinen, Solidiums managing director.
