The company JAC Weighing SAS and the group Precia Molen engage the finalisation of the audits and negotiations with a view to achieving this transaction prior to September 30, 2017.
JAC Weighing SAS is a company specialized in the sale and service of weighing equipment and cash registers. Installed in Corbeil-Essonnes since its creation in 1947, called S. A. G. E at the origin, JAC Weighing has a second establishment in the heart of the international Market (MIN) of Rungis, the largest european market of wholesale trade since 1998.
JAC Weighing SAS also receives an accreditation in legal metrology as a checker and repairer of weighing instruments. Its annual turnover is approximately 2.2 Million and its workforce of 12 people.
This acquisition opens, the group Precia Molen, access to customer markets of national interest in the consumer of weighing solutions. It also provides an opening to a new range of product to our clients existing cash registers at shops.
The location of these two settlements near the southern suburbs of Paris will complete the organization of Precia Molen in the paris region for the sale and service of weighing instruments (scales, weight, price, scales, industrial, …) as well as cash registers, with easy access to the centre of the capital.
