Schneider Electric finalizes the divestment of Telvent DTN to TBG AG

Rueil-Malmaison (France), June 1, 2017 – Following the press release of 3 April 2017, Schneider Electric announced today that it has completed the disposal of Telvent DTN to TBG AG for a total value of approximately $ 900 million. Previously consolidated in the division’s Infrastructure Group, Telvent DTN recorded in 2016 a turnover of 213 million dollars. As indicated in the April 3, 2017, Schneider Electric intends to use the net amount of the assignment in a share buyback programme of approximately € 1 billion over the next 24 months.
