Saint-Gobain has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the capital of the German company Biolink, a leading manufacturer of adhesive tapes, specialty. Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Waakirchen, 45 km from Munich, this company develops and produces adhesive tapes, eco-friendly, solvent free and resin-based acrylic for different applications in the aerospace, automotive and other industrial markets, primarily in Europe. Biolink has unique capabilities in the development of bonding solutions in close cooperation with its customers and partners.
