Ladies and Gentlemen the shareholders of the company SABETON are informed that a combined General Meeting must be convened :

at 59 Chemin du Moulin Carron in DARDILLY (69570).
The notice of meeting, the meeting published in the BALO of 22 may 2017 (n° 61) contains the agenda, the draft resolutions and the main terms of participation and vote at this meeting. The notice of Meeting has been published in the BALO of June 14, 2017 (n° 71).
These notices are also available on the website of the company, www.sabeton.fr.
Documents related to this meeting are required to be made available to shareholders, under the conditions laid down by the legislation in force.
The documents and information provided for in article R 225-83 of the French commercial Code will be published on the website of the company, www.sabeton.fr under the headings “annual report” and ” regulated information “.
