RCI Bank and Services has made the choice of a location in the heart of an ecosystem bringing together the activities of the bank, the insurance, but also many start-ups.
The new real estate complex located 15 rue d’uzès, will have a working space a modern and more collaborative, which will include an area dedicated to the projects.
The site of Noisy-le-Grand was to remain the headquarters of the DIAC and will be dedicated to the operational activities of RCI Bank and Services in France.

Taking account of these challenges has been key to decide to position ourselves at the heart of Paris, in a district known to host already a universe of start-ups but also of the partners of the bank and of the insurance. ” says Gianluca De Ficchy, Director General of RCI Bank and Services.
A NEED FOR SURFACES ADDITIONAL TO MEET the GROWTH OF THE COMPANY
Between 2014 and 2016, the growth of the activity has been very strong : the average earning assets of RCI Bank and Services has increased by 30%, from 25.6 billion euros to 33.3 billion euros.
This development is accompanied by an increase in the workforce in France at the time for the activities of the Corporate but also for the commercial activities of the DIAC. And 268 recruitments on permanent contracts have been made in 2015 and 2016. These hires have helped meet the needs of operational resources of the company to support the strong growth of the activity in France. They have also allowed the company to develop new expertise, particularly in the areas of digital, data, CRM and payment methods. RCI Bank and Services will pursue its recruitment plan in 2017.
However, since 2016, the maximum capacity of the site of Noisy-le-Grand is reached and it can no longer respond to new developments of the organization, nor to the needs of the business.
The OPPORTUNITY TO SEPARATE THE ACTIVITIES of the CORPORATE and THOSE LINKED TO COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES IN FRANCE
Since January 1, 2016, RCI Bank and Services is one of the banks under the supervision of the European Central Bank. This has led the company to strengthen its governance and to better clarify the separation of roles and responsibilities between the group functions and subsidiaries.
All of the activities of the France will remain at Noisy-le-Grand, while Corporate teams will join the new site in Paris.
THE NEED TO ESTABLISH itself AT the HEART Of A NEW ECOSYSTEM
RCI Bank and Services is a historic player of car financing but the automotive sector is changing. The company must therefore transform with the ambition to be recognized as an innovative bank, close to its customers, which offers them solutions to automotive mobility, adapted to their needs. These are new challenges for the company.
The installation of the registered office and Corporate activities of RCI Bank and Services rue d’uzès in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris will enable the company to establish itself at the heart of an ecosystem that mixes both the business of banking, insurance and those of the net economy.
This new implementation will also enable us to strengthen the attractiveness of the company and to attract new talents to the new business as well as on the expertise to be more traditional.

INSTALLATION to be completed IN JANUARY 2018 in THE “WORKSHOPS Of UZÈS”
On January 13, 2017, RCI, Bank and Services has signed a lease for ” The Workshops of Uzès “, a housing complex, 7 570 m2, located on 15 rue d’uzès. Currently in a restructuring, the building will be delivered in September 2017, for a move-in of employees expected in January 2018. The new real estate complex will offer a working space a modern and more collaborative, which will include an area dedicated to the projects.
