Founded in 1974 by Gilles Valot, Transport Valot provides daily more than 1 000 shipments (more than 10 000 packages) of pharmaceutical products and cosmetics on the 8 departments of the paris region for several prestigious brands. Based in Chennevières-sur-Marne, Transport Valot has a warehouse of 4,000 m2 and deploys a fleet of twenty vehicles, and half as own. The goods (of the parcel to several pallets) are removed on the whole national territory, deconsolidated in the company’s warehouse and delivered on all the paris region. Employing 20 people, Transport Valot has achieved a turnover of 2.8 M in 2016.
Listed among the leaders in the sector of transport of documents in the Ile-de-France, PLEASE Transport intervenes through its network of 600 drivers for the banks, insurance companies, press groups, public institutions, for which it performs on a daily basis (day and night, dedicated or shared) of the thousands of shuttles binding and book 20, 000 points day and night every 24 hours. Based in Gennevilliers, the group chaired by Christian Rouchouse also develops a strategy of diversification with the creation of mail rooms and/or scanning of documents for the account of its customers. Fort of 47 employees, it has made nearly 25 Million turnover in 2016.
This acquisition therefore allows you to PLEASE Transport to be strengthened in the area of the parcel, access to customers in new sectors, but also of benefit to the future of a major base in the south-east of Paris, which will be useful for its future developments.
