Aurélie Gaudriault
Aurélie Gaudriault is appointed as a Senior Counsel within the department Intellectual Property and New Technologies.
Holder of a Master I in business law and taxation (Paris II, Panthéon – Assas), a Master II in business law and public business law (Paris XI-Sceaux), Lawyer at the Paris bar (2002), Aurélie has exercised within Flambard Associates, as well as in Vendôme, before creating his own structure in 2012 and to join, in 2014, Orsay Lawyers.
Aurélie has proven expertise in the field of intellectual property law, including copyright law, computer law, the law of personal data. It intervenes in particular in the sectors of innovative technologies, media, life sciences and distribution (ready-to-wear, luxury goods, furniture, supermarkets).
Fanny Gourdon is appointed Counsel in the department of Litigation.
Holder of a DEA in criminal Law and criminal policy in Europe (Paris I), DEA in Law of private wealth (Paris I) and lawyer at the Paris bar (2003), Fanny began in 2001 as an assistant justice of the general prosecutor of the Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation before moving into the legal profession.
It has built-Orsay Lawyers in 2013 and works primarily in litigation incidental to operations of acquisition or implementation of guarantees.
Samanta Madelin is appointed Counsel in the department of Mergers, Acquisitions, Corporate Law and Capital Investment.
Holder of a DESS in public law (Paris V), Lawyer at the Paris bar (2013), Samanta has joined’orsay Lawyers in 2007, having worked in Coudert Brothers.
It intervenes in the operations of acquisitions and investments (LBO, development capital and venture capital), as well as in the restructuring of groups.

Pierre Hesnault was named Counsel in the department of Mergers, Acquisitions, Corporate Law and Capital Investment.
Holder of a Master I in Business Law (Paris II), Master II professionnel in Business Law (Evry) and a Master’s degree in Taxation, Law, Business, consulting and Management Business (INSEEC Paris), Lawyer at the Paris bar (2008), Pierre joined’orsay Counsel in 2013 after practising in AyacheSalama and Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent.
He is active in the area of mergers and acquisitions, Private Equity (venture capital and capital development), reconciliations and corporate restructuring.
