Olivier Gerard joined CBRE

Fabrice Allouche, President of CBRE France, announces the appointment of Olivier Gérard as Managing Director, in charge of Trading activities. In this capacity, he will lead the teams of the Agency and of the Investment, and will contribute within the management team to define and implement the development strategy of CBRE in France.

Olivier Gérard, president of Cushman & Wakefield France since 2009, has 30 years of experience in the real estate business and has been involved in some deals the most iconic of recent years. He had joined Cushman and Wakefield in 2005 to head up the investment after 16 years with JLL, in the agency office and then with the responsibility of sale to users, and finally the investment.
