Nordic Mines announces the following changes to the board of directors and changes in top management

All members of the current board of directors in Nordic Mines AB (Publ.) have now decided to make themselves available for re-election at the annual general meeting, subject to shareholder approval.

In addition, announces the Nordic Mines board of directors the appointment of new senior management and the departures of Tony Butler and Ole Eikeland.

The company’s management will be strengthened as follows. Saradhi Rajan continues to remain as the group’s CEO. The executive team will be strengthened by Ludmilla Lundberg (CFO) and Torbjörn District (as the company secretary and IR). Current CFO Tony Butler and Ole Eikeland (IR) will terminate their engagement. Tony Butler will remain available as senior advisor for the moment.

Ludmilla Lundberg (CFO, born 1955)

Ludmilla Lundberg has more than 20 years of experience of working with resolutions of legal requirements and reporting as chief financial officer and huvudredovisning in large listed companies as Skanska, SEB, ABB and Vattenfall. In addition to this was Ludmilla Lundberg also acting CFO for the Copperstone Resources AB, listed on Nasdaq OMX First North.

Torbjörn District (Företagsekreterare and Investor Relations, Born 1959)

Torbjörn District has more than 27 years of experience in finance and business administration. He has spent 10 years with Astra Zeneca Group cfo (Accounting & Reporting) and head of Finance & Business Administration, 8 years with Visma Services AB (now Cogital Group) as Director of International Services. Torbjörn has extensive experience of the IFRS regulatory framework, Sarbanne-Oxley Financial Control Framework together with in-depth knowledge of Swedish gaap and US Gaap. Torbjörn shall, in its role shall be responsible to comply with the statutory requirements of NASDAQ OMX, Investor Relations and to ensure that all decisions made by the board are implemented. He has a ekonomieexamen from Umeå university
