The company DF company has, in this sense, notified to Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits, on may 19, 2017, his decision to put an end to the concert, which had at Diana Holding company.
The board of directors decided to co-opt the company COFEPP as a new director and will propose to its shareholders the ratification of this cooptation, on the occasion of the general meeting of 27 June 2017.
