During this operation, the 640 000 new shares were issued at a price of 16.00, representing a total amount of 10,25 M, is 17,48% of the share capital of the Company.
The funds raised will complete the development and the industrialization of the process Isobutène as well as to amortize the engineering works of the factory-IBN-One.
