The shareholders of the company are convened to the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting which will be held on :
On Thursday 08 June 2017 10: 00,
the Space Case from the International Airport of Clermont-Ferrand, Auvergne, 63510 Aulnat.
The notice of the meeting prior to the Meeting including the agenda and the draft resolutions was published in the BALO may 03, 2017 and the notice of meeting has been published in the BALO of 24 may 2017.
In the event that this General Assembly could not deliberate in date of June 8, the lack of a quorum, it would be re-convened for Thursday 29 June 2017 10: 00, the same place with the same agenda.
The documents provided by article R. 225-83 of the commercial code are kept at the disposal of shareholders as of the convening of the meeting, in accordance with the applicable regulatory provisions :
any registered shareholder may, until the fifth day inclusive before the Meeting, request the company to send him these documents. For holders of bearer shares, the exercise of this right is subject to the provision of a certificate of attendance in the bearer securities accounts held by the authorized intermediary ;
all shareholders may take cognizance at the headquarters of the company for a period of 15 days preceding the date of the Meeting.
