He will succeed Marc MALLET, Director of Investor Relations since march 2009, who has decided to leave the Group to pursue new professional opportunities and will cease in its functions on may 24.
Ludovic DEBAILLEUX has been an analyst Sell-Side on the investment Goods sector chez Natixis Equity between January 2006 and July 2013, and then a Buy-Side analyst on the sector’s Industrial assets at Lombard Odier since July 2013. Ludovic DEBAILLEUX has an in-depth knowledge of the sector of activity of REXEL, as well as the company, of which he has covered the research at Natixis Equity. His expertise and knowledge of the financial markets will be considerable assets for the exercise of his new duties within the REXEL group.
Florence MEILHAC, Investor Relations officer, will ensure a perfect transition between the departure of Marc MALLET and the arrival of Ludovic DEBAILLEUX.

Biography of Ludovic DEBAILLEUX
Ludovic DEBAILLEUX, 43 years old, is a graduate of the Ecole University Of Engineers of Lille (EUDIL), a mastère ESCP, SFAF and the AITC.
He began his career in the audit in 1999 with the firm Deloitte.
In 2001, he joined the broker KBC Securities as an analyst Sell-Side on the investment goods sector in Europe, before joining the Natixis Equity in 2006. It will be the responsibility of the coverage of the title Rexel since its return to the Stock market in 2007.
Since 2013, he is Senior Vice President at Lombard Odier in Geneva, where it provides the function of a Buy-Side analyst in charge of monitoring the industrial sector in Europe and in North America.
