Klövern acquires properties of the Iron 5 and Iron 6 in Norrköping. The underlying property value amounts to sek 210 million.
The properties, located in the city’s leading retail area Ingelsta, has a total leasable area of 15 tkvm, and is composed mostly of retail space. The economic occupancy rate amounts to 97 percent and the largest tenant is the City Gross, next door and Jysk. The rental value amounts to sek 16 million and the average remaining lease is for 9 years.
Access takes place on 3 July 2017.
