Prepared by H, the completion consists of 186 apartments, from studio to 5 rooms, spread over 8 floors and a school on the ground floor of the rue Grange Dame Rose. The loggias, balconies and terraces open onto a green courtyard with trees. The layout of the apartments is privileging the space and the natural light.
The last floors, in attica, have been thought of as villas on the roof and have a double or even a triple exposure.
Designed by the architecture firm Gelin‐Lafon, Harmonia is fully commercialized.
