Le Mans, may 12, 2017 – Christophe DURETETE, Regional Director of Kaufman & Broad has asked yesterday the 1st stone of the realization of “Renaissance” at le Mans, in the presence of Jean‐Claude BOULARD, Senator‐Mayor of le Mans and Dominique THE MÈNER, Member of parliament and President of the Departmental Council of the Sarthe. Located on the classified site of the Visitation, the design exception will include a building of 12 floors with 56 apartments, a tourist residence and business of 101 rooms, and a residence senior of 125 rooms. Hyphen between history and future, the realization enjoys a great location in the heart of the city, in a site in full rehabilitation, which will also incorporate a hotel, a restaurant and shops.

“Renaissance” is a project very unusual, the innovative architecture and bold, which allows you to open this site to the City and that integrates harmoniously within a district in full revival, in a contrast mastered between listed buildings and modern architecture.
