Japan: equity markets finish lower; the Nikkei 225 index declined 1.02%

Japan: equity markets finished the session lower on Friday; the retreat of the sectors Paper and pulp, Bus and rail, and real Estate contributed to this decline.

The best performance of the session for the Nikkei 225 index is to be put to the credit of the title Inpex Corp. (T:1605) increase of 4.44%, that is, to 42.5 points for a closing price of 999,3. In the second position, we find SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. (T:9412) who wins 2,86%, or to 12,0 points for a closing to 432,0. The title Idemitsu Kosan Co Ltd (T:5019) completes the top three with an increase of 2.37 percent or 75,0 points for the end of the session to 3.240,0.

Daiwa House Industry Co. Ltd. (W:1925) sign the worst performance of the session, losing to 5.75%, that is, 194,0 points for a closing price of 3.182,0. CyberAgent Inc (T:4751) gives up 4.47 percent or 185,0 points and ends at 3.955,0. For its part, Daiichi Sankyo Co. Ltd. (T:4568) loose 4.14%, this being a 250.0 points for a closing price of 5.789,0.

The titles in the drop exceeded the number of titles rising to the Tokyo stock Exchange by 2318 values at 1173 and 211 stable.

The Nikkei Volatility index, which measures the implied volatility of options of the Nikkei 225 index, remained stable at 0.00% up to 15.25, new low of one month.

On the other hand, crude oil for delivery in August gained 0,11% equal to 0.06 points, to $57,13 per barrel. Regarding other commodities, Brent crude for delivery in August rose 0.16% or 0.10 points for a $64,55 per barrel, while gold for delivery in August lost 0,29%, that is 4,10 points for a $1.392,80 a troy ounce.

The pair USD/JPY rose 0.16% to 107,46, while the EUR/JPY pair has taken to 0.31% at 121,52.
