Bangui / Luxembourg, 15 June 2017 – The company SES (Euronext Paris and Luxembourg stock Exchange: USGE), and Orange central African republic, a provider of telecommunications services to leading companies and one of the leading operators of internet services and mobile, today announced that they have entered into an agreement to provide connectivity services in the central African Republic. Orange will use the solution “IP Transit” of ITS Networks to provide 3G services, and faster internet connections, better quality for the companies.

The solution will be provided by ITS Networks, and will use its fleet of satellites in medium earth orbit and its ground infrastructure extensive, allowing Orange central African republic to provide its customers with access to internet services with a speed and an availability that is unmatched so far in the country. Orange central African republic will contribute to improving the performance of the telecommunications sector, and will provide a comfort of use and a seamless connection to hundreds of thousands of central africans.

We provide data services and mobile payment in four major cities of the country through the Orange Money service.
