Given the conclusions of this strategic review, the shareholders of the Group had decided in march 2017 to initiate a transfer process / opening of its capital, which could result in the entry of one or more new shareholders.
In the framework of this process, Infra Park has reached an agreement with its partners in the capital of LAZ Parking, in respect of which the Group could increase its capital interest in LAZ Parking, a 50% held today at 90%. This agreement, which shall enter into force if a change of control of Infra Park occurs prior to December 31, 2017, will allow the founders and management of LAZ to remain shareholders and continue to carry the high-growth and profitable LAZ.
With more than 880 000 seats spread over 328 cities, this agreement will allow Infra-Park to further strengthen its position as one of the leaders in a north american market is very dynamic.
