At the annual general meeting in HMS Networks AB (publ) 26 april 2017, it was decided to increase the number of shares in the company by each share will be divided in four shares (s.k. 4:1 share split). The board of directors was authorised by the annual general meeting to decide the record date for split of shares.
The board has now decided that the record date for split of shares, shall be Friday, 2 June 2017, which means that the last day for trading in shares before the split is Wednesday 31 may 2017 and the first day for trading with split shares is Thursday 1 June 2017. The share price will from 1 June 2017 to reflect the impact of the division.
As a result of the split, the shares of the company from June 1, 2017 change ISIN code. The new ISIN code is SE0009997018. The shares obtained by aktieuppdelningen is expected to be registered on the shareholders ‘ VP accounts on 5 June 2017.
The division takes place automatically via Euroclear Sweden AB and the shareholders need not take any action. The total number of shares in the company will following completion of the share split that amount to 46 818 868
