Haier appoints Aurélien Jouin to the position of General Manager of Haier France and Switzerland

Haier, the brand number 1 in the world for major domestic appliances*, today announced the appointment of Aurélien Jouin as the general manager of Haier France and Haier Switzerland. This appointment will bring a new impetus to the group in full expansion at the international level.

It is with an experience of 17 years in the market of consumer electronics and a strong international profile as Aurélien Jouin joined the Haier.

A graduate of ESC Clermont-Ferrand supplemented by a master’s degree specialized Master in Finance and international Strategy from ESSEC (france), Aurélien Jouin began a business career among the leaders of consumer electronics such as Bosch and LG. He joined Electrolux in France in 2007 in charge of key accounts to become a sales director in 2010.

In 2014, he became general manager France of Glen Dimplex, a company of irish origin, the world leader in heating equipment, and techniques of refrigeration.

His management experience, his knowledge of sales and distribution, acquired within these large international companies are a real asset to the Haier. In fact, the policy of acquisition of Haier, very dynamic for several years (including through the repurchase of the division Home Appliances General Electrics) is the reflection of his ambition is very strong at the international level. The arrival of Aurélien Jouin fits perfectly in this context and in the willingness of the company to gain market share both in France and in Switzerland, promoting the brand.
