Paris may 18, 2017. GTT has received an order from Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering (DSME) for the equipment of two new lng tankers with its containment system NO96 GW.

The shipyard DSME, based in Geoje (South Korea), is in charge of the construction of these new vessels 173 400 m3 for the account of a shipowner european. Their deliveries are scheduled for 2019.
This is the first order for lng tankers received from DSME since the beginning of the year. It comes to be added to that of last February, which relates to a unit for storage and regasification (FSRU) with the technology NO96 of TWG.
