Roman has spent the last 10 years at Royal Bank of Canada, to London and then to Paris, where he established and developed the French operations of financial consulting in the field of Infrastructure.
Over this period of time, Roman has gained in-depth experience of the financing of the sectors of Transport and Energy, both on new projects as for projects of mergers and acquisitions.
His previous positions had allowed him to become familiar with structured finance at HSBC and PwC, and energy infrastructure projects in TOTAL.
