SuperSonic Imagine is an innovative company specialized in the sector of medical imaging (CA 2016 to 22.2 Million). The company designs, develops and markets a platform ultrasonographic revolutionary Aixplorer®, which operates a technology UltraFast to a frame rate about 200 times faster than scanners of conventional design.
This fundraising aims to enable SuperSonic Imagine to strengthen its own funds, notably to finance its current activity, the launch of its new, modular platform ultrasound and its commercial development.
The main characteristics of the transaction
Operation carried out with maintenance of the preferential subscription right (DPS) ;
Placement of 6.931.829 new shares, after full exercise of the extension clause of to increase the size of the operation with an initial amount of approximately 10 Million to approximately 11.5 Million ;
The issue price of the new shares of 1.66 euro per share, representing a discount to face value of 17.4% compared to the market price of the share SuperSonic Imagine on the eve of the day of the launching of the operation and of 13.3% compared to the theoretical value of the share ex-right ;
Offers widely sursouscrite with a total amount requested of 14.1 M, 1.4 times higher than the initial amount of the transaction, as a result of strong demand both from existing shareholders (exercise of more than 84% of the DPS) and new shareholders.
