Kinnevik AB (publ) (“Kinnevik”) today announced that it has appointed Georgi ” strengthening freedom, security to the chief executive officer from 1 January 2018.
Chairman of the board Tom Boardman commented:

Georgi combines a successful career as CEO, during which he listed a rapidly growing digital e-commerce company, with a solid experience from the nordic TMT sector. I am very pleased that he has chosen to become CEO of Kinnevik during our next phase of to identify, grow and transform the business to create value for our shareholders.”
Georgi ” strengthening freedom, security commented:

Georgi ” strengthening freedom, security comes to Kinnevik from Dustin in which he has been managing director since the year 2012. He is also a member of the board of Tele2 since 2016. Before he started on Dustin, he was CMO at Telenor Sweden AB between 2010-2012 and CEO of Bredbandsbolaget AB 2007-2010. Between 2002 and 2007 worked Georgi within the kinnevik group as a sales marketing and product manager at Tele2. Georgi has a master of science in information technology engineering from Uppsala university.
Joakim Andersson will continue as the acting CEO of Kinnevik until Georgi Ganevs access 1 January 2018.
