Microsoft, Instagram, Airbnb, eBay, Twitter or even Facebook… All, and many others, have updated these last few weeks of their terms and conditions of use (“TOU”), the rules that companies set for the collection and use of data of their users.
Many internet users have received messages, by e-mail or by connecting to the relevant departments, asking them to accept these new conditions. Changes related to the entry into force, on 25 may, the general Regulation on data protection (RGPD).
