The consumer association, CLCV (Consumption, housing, living environment) announced Friday, April 13, have sued three suppliers of electricity, CDiscount, Total Spring (Total) and Engie for ” misleading commercial practices “, arguing that these companies promise discounts that are more advantageous than the actual amount of savings.
“We realize that the offers are below what is advertised by these three vendors,” notes Vincent Licheron, chargé de mission environment for CLCV to the Agence France-Presse (AFP).
