The General Assembly of the shareholders of Drone Volt decided, this day, to make the appointments of Messrs Olivier GUALDONI and Laurent LELEUP in the capacity of directors[1].
The Board of directors meeting held after the General Meeting of shareholders took note of the resignation of Mr. Dimitri Batsis of his terms of office as director and Chairman of the Board of directors of Drone Volt and the resignation of Madame Céline Vergely of his mandate as director and, has decided to co-opt Mr. Christophe DABREMONT, in replacement of the latter[2].
In addition, during this same meeting, the Board of directors decided to reunify the positions of Chairman of the Board of directors and Chief Executive officer. Olivier Gualdoni, Director General, becomes President and ceo of Drone Volt.
Olivier GUALDONI, age 51, has nearly 20 years of experience in the business development and operational management of an innovative company, publicly traded and fast-growing. Holder of a Master’s degree in Physical Sciences and a 3rd cycle in Marketing / Management, Olivier GUALDONI joined Drone Volt in 2015 as General Manager.
Dimitri Batsis says : “I think that Drone Volt is now mature to write a new page in its history. I have built a strong company capable of becoming tomorrow a european champion of the drone civilian professional. We worked in tandem with Olivier for almost 18 months in order to continue the structuring of society. I believe now that the time has come to let the new Management team controls the company. ”
Olivier GUALDONI adds : “I thank Dimitri for his confidence and support. I was able to understand all the potential of the company, and I rely on his perfect knowledge of the universe of the drone civil professional to fully assess the opportunities. Today, the roadmap that we set, and together with my team, is clear with a company resolutely turned towards the international and priority segments in the CONSTRUCTION industry and safety. We will be able to engage on the path of profitable growth. ”
