A part of the nomination was the Doka Innovation Lab, with collaboration solutions from Hoylu – past-We-Inspire.
Doka is a leading international manufacturer of formutrustning for in situ concrete used in the building and construction industry, including for construction as the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. This year, the company won PMA’s prestigious “Office of the Year Award” for their open office solutions “Doka Lab” and their digital project room “Doka Innnovation Lab”.
Dokas Innovation Lab uses Hoylus mjukvaruserie on a projektorvägg in their Innovation Lab, which is specifically used by the R&D, product development team and for the innovation and creative workshops. A typical meeting starts with brainstorming, where both the wall and the digital paper used to involve the whole team. Then follows a more structured work with mind maps or different themes for innovation or business development.
Innovation Lab is reserved for only the innovationsmöten, and is fully booked most of the time. It has led to a clear difference in how the Doka are working with innovation. A workshop is now much more effective, because more people can participate and be active. This leads to shorter development times of the projects and better results of the Dokas investment.
