Today published the company’s information memorandum in preparation for the upcoming rights issue, with subscription period 26 may – 9 June 2017. Complete information is available to read in the attached pdf version as well as on the company’s website www.deflamo.com
The offer relates to the subscription of newly issued series B shares, at a price of 0.80 sek per piece. The subscription period runs from 26 may 2017 to 9 June 2017. The proposed issue is subject to 66.6 per cent of the issue amount of in advance the contracts that have been issued and provided underwriting.
