This operation takes place after a first private placement managed bonds for a total amount of 400 million euros in February of this year, in which De Pardieu Brocas Maffei was also acted as a council.
This bond issue was the subject of an admission to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
ABN AMRO Bank N. V., HSBC Bank plc, J. P. Morgan Securities plc and Natixis are taken by the quality of the arrangers in connection with this transaction.
Louis Dreyfus Company is one of the global leaders in the trading, processing and marketing of raw materials, primarily agricultural (grains, oils, coffee, cotton, citrus juice, sugar etc). The group operates in more than 100 countries and employs more than 21,000 people in total in the high season.
