Cut the line on the RER A : traffic will resume Wednesday morning in the best of cases

The traffic on the RER A, cut off since Monday 30 October, between the stations of the Defence, and Auber in Paris, will not be restored by Tuesday evening, announced the RATP, to the effect that it would in the best case Wednesday morning. This shutdown is due to an arrival of muddy water in a tunnel after an accident during work near the Porte Maillot.

A new point on the situation will be given by Tuesday evening, said Jean-Marc Charoud, director of engineering at RATP.
