Shareholders are advised that the ordinary and extraordinary general meeting of the company convened on 8 June 2017 at the International Airport of Clermont-Ferrand, Auvergne 63510 Aulnat, was not able to deliberate validly, the lack of a quorum.
Accordingly, the shareholders are convened on Thursday 29 June 2017, 10: 00, at the International Airport of Clermont-Ferrand, Auvergne 63510 Aulnat, to the effect of the proceedings on the same agenda. A notice of second call will be published soon in the Bulletin des Annonces légales obligatoires.
The shareholders who, in the course of the convening notice for the general meeting of 8 June, have already expressed their votes, either through the form of voting by correspondence or via a proxy, do not need to return a new form of voting.
