Apple may have to explain himself before the court after having admitted to bridle voluntarily some of its older models of the iPhone, a-t we learned Tuesday, December 26, to the judicial authorities.
The apple is covered by eight separate complaints filed in several federal courts by users claiming to be fooled. Apple has recently acknowledged that some of the updates of his operating system had the effect of slowing down the operation of older versions of its iPhone. The company claims to have resorted to this solution in order to avoid that the smartphones equipped with batteries off unexpectedly.
