This issue 12.28 million euros of Super-Subordinated notes to Indeterminate (TSSDI), carried out by private placement, was placed with a strong success with several investment management firms, French and to qualified investors in europe.
One of the main interest of this bond issue hybrid is to provide greater flexibility to support the development of the Group while not being dilutive to shareholders.
Securities of indeterminate duration (TSSDI) allow CAPELLI to reserve the right to repay at par on or after may 18, 2023. They will give the right to an annual coupon at a fixed rate of 9.75% during the first 6 years. The subordination of these instruments explains their higher coupon than senior bonds issued in 2015. In IFRS, these securities are recognized in full in equity.
The operation was carried out jointly by the Banque Palatine and Octo Finances.
