Canada: equities end higher; the S&P/TSX composite index gaining 0.15% in

Canada: The equity markets have finished the session higher on Tuesday; the progress of the sectors of Telecom, Energy, and Finance has contributed to this increase.

The best performance of the session for the S&P/TSX composite is to be put to the credit of the title Premium Brands Holdings Corp (TO:PBH), up 8,61% or 6,72 points for a closing price of 84,80. In the second position, we find iA Financial (TO:IAG) who wins 4,99% 2,49 points for a close at 52,35. The title Cronos Group Inc (TO:CRON) completes the top three with an increase of 4.19 per cent or 0,8400 points for the end of the session to 20,9100.

New Gold Inc (TO:NGD) sign the worst performance of the session, losing 10,00% 0,100 points for a closing price of 0,900. First Quantum Minerals Ltd (TO:FM) abandons 7,17% or 0.85 points and ends at 11.00. For its part, Yamana Gold Inc (TO:YRI) loose a 4.43% or 0.12 points for a closing price of 2.59.

The titles on the rise and have exceeded the number of securities decline on the Toronto stock Exchange by 624 values to 455 and 109 stable.

Titles New Gold Inc (TO:NGD) decreased and reached a low , after a decline of 10.00% 0,100 points for a course of 0,900. The securities Yamana Gold Inc (TO:YRI) have decreased and reached a low of 3 years, after a decline of 4.43% or 0.12 points for a course of 2.59.

On the other hand, the gold for delivery in June lost 0,22% 2,80 points, to $1.274,50 a troy ounce. Regarding other raw materials, crude oil for delivery in July was down 0.36% or 0.23 points for a $62,98 barrel, while Brent crude for delivery in July lost 0.06 percent 0.04 points for a $71,99 barrel.

The pair CAD/USD has recorded an increase of 0.01% to 0,7458, so that the pair CAD/EUR has taken 0.04% 0,6683.
