Mitt Alby AB offers the tenants of the two properties, Domarebacken 4 – 10 and 12 – 16 to convert to condominiums. In total there are 124 apartments of about 8 839 sqm.
The reshuffle is expected to be completed later in the fall.
It was in 2013 that the housing corporation botkyrkabyggen. decided to divest around about ten per cent of its stocks of apartments.
