Boeing and the company’s malaise Malindo Air celebrate the delivery of the first 737 MAX

SEATTLE, may 16, 2017 — Boeing (NYSE: BA) has delivered the first copy of its new 737 MAX. The plane, a 737 MAX 8, has been handed over to the airline Malindo Air in the installations of the centre of deliveries of Seattle. The airline based in Malaysia has become the first to operate the 737 MAX in commercial service.

The family 737 MAX is designed to offer the highest level of flexibility, reliability and efficiency on the aircraft market single-aisle. Each aircraft will benefit from the new development Boeing Sky Interior, with its walls of a modern design and portholes larger and more pleasant, lighting LED diodes, which expands the perception of space inside the cabin and more space to stow luggage in compartments swivel located above the seats.

The 737 MAX is the plane that is sold the most quickly in the history of Boeing. To date, it totals almost 3 700 orders from 87 customers around the world.
