BIMobject AB (publ) (“BIMobject”) publishes herewith a disclosure about Solar A/S (“Solar”), the largest shareholder in the company, today increased its shareholding in the BIMobject to over 20 per cent.
Solar took in the past 10 338 566 shares, representing 19.99% of the votes and capital in BIMobject. After the completion of the purchase of shares by a further 11 434 shares in the ordinary trading on the market is Solar now a total of 10 350 000 shares, representing 20,01% of the votes and capital in BIMobject.
