BIMobject AB (publ) today announces that the annual report for the fiscal year 2016 are available on the company’s website (info.bimobject.com). The number of new orders has increased at a steady pace in 2016. BIMobject has more than 417 000 professional users worldwide and more than 263 000 BIM objects, which generated over 11 million downloads.

When I sum up in 2016, I can say that we put a large part of the basis for that BIMobject shall be able to take a position as a global market leader in BIM. A large part of our business is based on the driving force coupled with to understand what the users want. In addition, we focus on providing manufacturers with the innovative technologies and solutions that will help them in their daily work. It is through this combination that we create interest for our BIM objects and our services and added value for our customers. BIMobject has in 2016, established new contracts, which we have defined as important for our growth. Development and cooperation agreements have been signed with Tata Steel UK Ltd., Veidekke Entreprenad AB, Abvent and Allplan GmbH. In addition, we have signed an operating agreement with ARCOM, a leading expert in the byggnadsbeskrivningar in the united states. Our Spanish subsidiary has also signed a framework agreement with the Swedish association of Hispalyt with the objective to support branschföreningens members in the digitisation of their products. Through these agreements with the various stakeholders in the construction industry, we have now a large utväxlingspotential before 2017.
We started the year 2017 strongly where the transfer of the Autodesk® Seek business stands out, along with the directed share issue of approximately 166,7 MILLION we carried out for the Danish publicly listed Solar A/S. Solar A/S will also be an important long-term and strategic shareholders with their expertise in e-commerce, logistics and distribution will be an important partner when the new digital roads to be created in the retail level from our new system BIMsupply®. To implement this targeted new issue of shares to a company Solar A/S is a clear testament to our continued rapid development. We stand strong and to continue our expansion in 2017. BIMobject to switch up further, strengthen its position on several fronts in terms of sales, creating width in our shop and get a stronger foothold globally. In addition, we hold a high speed on the technology and produktutvecklingssidan – all to lift the company to new heights.

· BIMobject receives its largest individual order: approx. 2.5 million SEK from the Roca Group.
· BIMobject included partnerships in China with 40 % ownership in a joint venture with subsidiaries to Recommend Group.
· BIMobject presents BIMsupply® – a cloud-based delivery and communication solution for the construction industry.
· BIMobject presents BIManalytics® Core, the next generation of analysis and presalesverktyg.
· BIMobject® included strategic cooperation agreement with Veidekke Entreprenad AB
· BIMobject AB implements stock splits (split) by condition 2:1.
· BIMobject Germany receives an order for 209 900 euro.
Significant events after the end of the period
· BIMobject Germany receives an order for 200 000.
· Autodesk® Seek operations taken over by BIMobject.
· BIMobject carries out directed share issue of approximately 166,7 MILLION to Solar A/S.
